  • Where is My Confirmation Email?

Friendly Fluff automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account
  2. Check your Stripe or PayPal transaction history (depending on the payment method you chose.)
  3. Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history
  • How Do I Find the Right Size for Me?

Can't decide if you're a small, medium, large? Choose from our size guide on any product page to help you come up with a decision. If there's no sizing line-up for your order, or if you have any other questions about the garment you want, you may contact us so we can help you choose the right size:

Friendly Fluff makes sure that great designs are as good as the apparel they are on. We use high quality materials that are made for your comfort. That's super softness that ensures snug fit, minus the fading and shrinking.

Campaigns are limited edition products sold for specific amount of time, and will only be available for ordering until that time frame. This is what makes Fluffly Friends special. You won't have to worry about running into someone with the same shirt as yours is not available in stores.

  • Where is My Receipt?

Your Fluffy Friends invoice sent to you via email, will serve as your receipt when you make an order.

  • What Type of Payment Do You Accept?

On Checkout, you may pay with your Credit Card or Paypal account (if available).

  • How Many Orders Can I Make?

As long as there is an active campaign for a tee shirt, you may place an order – as many as you like. Once the campaign is up, you will no longer be able to do so.

  • What Happens After I Place My Order?

We will be sending you a confirmation email. Since our shirts are custom-made, these are created on demand, and will arrive at your doorsteps within 7-14 days! (within North America)

  • What is Your Guarantee?

Fluffy Friends offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on all its items to make sure that we deliver high quality products all the time. If the goods you receive are flawed otherwise, we offer our customers a 365-day guarantee where we will be sending in a replacement in six (6) business days at no additional costs.

  • Do You Offer Discount Vouchers or Coupons?

Please sign up and be included in our mailing list for you to be the first to know about super deals, discounts and other promotional. 

  • Can I Send My Order as a Gift? 

ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.

            North America:        We offer USPS Standard Delivery. This is shipping within the

                                                contiguous 48 United States. Price may vary for shipment to

                                                Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. 

  • How Do I Track My Order?

For orders within North America, we will be providing you with a unique USPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. You may enter tracking information in this portal: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

Please take note that the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For questions about the status of your shipment, please contact the courier directly:

  • What is Your Refund Policy?

Friendly Fluff is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you!

  • What is Your Return Policy?

            We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item you've received. You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us! You may also ask for a Friendly Fluff store credit that you can use on your next purchase if you don't want us to send you a replacement. 

III. Issues

  • Wrong Item Received

If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use these information to correct your order.

  • Damaged Item and Low Quality Print

            Please send us a photograph with your order ID to support@friendlyfluff.com and we will use these

            information to correct your order.

  • Missing Orders

            If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID

            and the tracking number to help us locate your item.

  • Double Billing

If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.

  • Unauthorized Charge

We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.

Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.

  • Wrong Shipping Information (Recipient and/or Address)

Friendly Fluff can still make the necessary correction/changes to the shipping address you have entered if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately once it leaves the warehouse, it is out of our control and we cannot take responsibly for it. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order!
